Well - First post here, in fact first post of any blog-type entry so here goes. Giving up smoking for the nth time and REALLY mean it this time. I know said it all before but this time somehow it feels right. Actually quit last Thursday at lunchtime and despite a couple of regressions (with beer involved) have been doing quite well. Do however feel tired and achey all the time at the moment and my concen.....................
.............tration has gone out of the window.
Anyway it occurred to me - I am not alone and surely there must be other doing this at the same time who'd benefit from a bit of mutual support.
A little bit about me - I'm a happily married 38yo currently on assignment in Azerbaijan - a country where 97% of the male adult population smokes!! Great Start!!
Anyway - If you'd like to post comments - feel free, would be good to hear from the rest of the tryers out there!!
